M.Sc. Lars Gullbrekken is already a dedicated PhD candidate in Klima 2050. His PhD project is focusing on ventilation and drying out of highly insulated pitched wooden roofs exposed to Nordic climates.

Norway establishes new climate adaptation centre
The Research Council of Norway has announced the establishment of 17 new centers for research-based innovation (SFI). Klima 2050 - Risk reduction through climate adaptation of buildings and infrastructure - is one of these, and Norway finally gets a Centre for climate adaptation of the built environment. The official start-up of the Centre takes place on April the 13th in Trondheim.
